CoreClarity is a career discovery platform built to help individuals find direction and confidence in their career journey. The brand stands for clarity, growth, and confidence — guiding users to align their strengths with the right path through a calm and focused visual identity. The problem it solves: users often feel lost making career choices, lacking clarity on their own strengths and direction. Existing platforms provide jobs, not guidance. CoreClarity bridges this gap.
Synthesising findings from both primary and secondary research, three core insights shaped the design direction: users need direction not just information, they value calm and structured visuals, and simplicity builds the trust needed for long-term engagement. These directly informed every design decision that followed.
The CoreClarity palette is built on two blues — a deep navy (#112D7B) for authority and depth, and a vibrant electric blue (#1D4ED8) for energy and clarity — supported by light grey, mid grey, and pure white. Typography is set in Lato across Regular, Medium and Bold weights: clean, open, and highly legible at every screen size. Click any swatch to copy the hex.
The CoreClarity logo — a circular arc mark forming the letter C, suggesting progress, direction, and an open path forward — sits on a precise grid construction. The wordmark pairs the symbol with the Lato Bold typeface. The grid ensures the logo scales consistently from app icon to large-format usage.
Based on research, two primary user types were identified. Aanya Joseph (22, final-year student) needs clarity on which career path suits her interests and wants confidence before graduation — overwhelmed by too many options, she needs simple structured guidance. Raghav Dixit (26, marketing associate) feels stuck in a job that doesn't inspire him and needs career clarity through short, engaging steps with positive personalised feedback.
Journey maps trace both users through five emotional stages — from Confusion and Discovery through Exploration, Insight, and finally Confidence. Each stage captures user thoughts, emotions, and pain points. For Aanya, the journey ends with "I finally know where to start my career journey." For Raghav, it ends with renewed clarity and a sense of new options opening.
A complete end-to-end user flow covering every state of the app — from Splash Screen and Onboarding through Sign Up / Login, Dashboard, the Discover Yourself quiz (interests, strengths, preferences), Results Summary, Career Matches, Career Details, Mentor booking, and the full Profile / Progress Tracker section. Error states and decision points are mapped throughout.
The final high-fidelity screens — Splash, Onboarding, Sign Up, Sign In, Welcome Back, Dashboard, and Discover Yourself — all rendered on iPhone 15 Pro mockups. The blue-dominant interface with the illustrated 3D character creates an approachable, confident, and energetic experience. Every screen follows the established type and colour system precisely.
